About these terms
The Outfitter Review Corp operates The Outfitter Review marketplace. These terms cover use of our website and requests for Trips and outdoor Services. Our current marketplace focus is the United States. The provider identified for an experience supplies that experience. Read the listing, the itemized checkout amount, and the terms presented for your booking before paying. Contact us at theoutfitterreview@gmail.com with questions.
Accounts and responsible use
Keep your account information accurate and your login secure. Do not impersonate another person, misuse another account, submit fraudulent bookings, or interfere with the website. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized activity. A person making a booking must have legal capacity to enter the booking agreement; a minor’s participation requires an appropriate responsible adult and the provider’s agreement, subject to applicable law.
Trips and Services
Trips may include hunting, fishing, Blast & Cast, and photography experiences. Services are separate outdoor services described by their providers. Check the activity, location, party size, duration, included equipment, access arrangements, and exclusions. A Service booking does not itself grant permission to enter property, hunt, operate equipment, fly a drone, or conduct a regulated activity.
Provider responsibilities and safety
Providers must keep descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and participation requirements accurate and have permission to use uploaded content. Providers and participants are each responsible for the licenses, permits, property permissions, legal requirements, and safe conduct applicable to their roles. Listing approval or a profile badge does not replace independent checks of credentials or insurance. Wildlife sightings, harvests, weather, and particular outcomes are not guaranteed. Stop and seek appropriate help if an activity is unsafe or unlawful. This website is not an emergency service.
Booking requests and confirmation
A payment receipt alone is not evidence that a provider has accepted your requested dates. Confirm acceptance and the agreed schedule before making nonrefundable travel arrangements. Use the booking status and linked conversation where available, or contact the provider and platform support with the booking reference. Preserve written confirmation of agreed changes. A proposed date change does not become an agreed change until both parties accept it.
Prices and payment
Review the currency, price basis, inclusions, taxes, and fees disclosed before checkout. A price may cover an individual guest, a private party, a day, or another stated unit; do not assume every price is per person. Only charges disclosed and accepted for the transaction, or otherwise required by law, apply. These terms do not impose a universal deposit, insurance charge, security hold, administrative surcharge, or guaranteed provider payout percentage. Payment, booking acceptance, completion, refunds, and provider payout are separate events. An order or booking label is not proof that money has reached a bank.
Cancellations and refunds
Our Cancellation Policy explains customer and provider cancellations. Customer cancellation is assessed against the terms accepted for the affected booking and applicable law. Later listing edits do not replace those accepted terms. If the provider cancels or cannot supply the agreed booking, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that affected booking, including its applicable platform fees and taxes, less amounts already refunded. A customer cancellation penalty does not apply when the provider cancels. Refund processing and bank settlement are separate from recording the cancellation.
Completion and payout review
Where the booking completion workflow is available, both parties can confirm completion after the scheduled end. Both confirmations can complete the booking sooner; otherwise it completes after the 48-hour window following the scheduled end if no dispute is open. Completion can send a booking for payout review; it does not promise an immediate transfer or a bank settlement date. Report problems promptly through the booking tools or support. This operational window does not eliminate statutory rights or payment-provider dispute rights.
Reviews and uploaded content
You retain ownership of your reviews, photographs, and other original contributions. You grant The Outfitter Review a nonexclusive permission to host, display, and format that content as needed to operate the marketplace and show the relevant provider or experience. We do not require ownership of your review or permission for unrelated advertising as a condition of posting it. Customers may share honest opinions, including negative opinions, without a penalty for doing so. Reviews may be assessed for authenticity, relevance, privacy, unlawful material, or abuse; disagreement with a negative opinion alone is not a reason to suppress it. Providers must not pose as customers or create customer reviews of their own offerings. Report disputed content to support for review.
Support and account restrictions
Use the booking’s conversation and issue controls where available, or email support with the booking reference. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or banking credentials in messages or reviews. We may restrict misuse, fraudulent activity, unsafe or unlawful listings, or repeated failure to honor bookings while reviewing the facts. A restriction does not erase valid refund obligations or legal rights. No automatic monetary cancellation penalty is established by this section.
Gear and merchandise
Gear purchases are merchandise orders, separate from Trips and Services. Review the product’s size, design, price, availability, shipping charges, delivery information, and return terms before ordering. Trip cancellation terms are not merchandise return terms. If required delivery or return information is missing, contact support before buying. These terms do not promise a particular fulfillment provider or delivery date.
Website content and legal rights
Our branding and website materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law; this does not transfer ownership of customers’ reviews to us. Do not copy or misuse material you are not entitled to use. Website availability and outdoor outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Updates and existing bookings
Updated October 29, 2026. These terms replace the website’s previous general policy text prospectively. Changes do not retroactively add fees or reduce cancellation rights accepted for an existing booking. Contact support about a conflict involving an earlier booking. No prior provision claiming ownership of an honest consumer review or penalizing an honest negative review will be enforced. Material future changes will be identified on this page and communicated when required.
