Deposit and Payment Schedule

Upon booking your experience with The Outfitter Review, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the start date of your hunt. This final payment completes the booking process and ensures that your spot is held for the designated service.

Cancellation Terms
  1. Deposit: The 50% deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, this deposit will not be returned under any circumstances.
  2. Final Payment: Once the final payment is made one week prior to the hunt, it becomes non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including personal circumstances or unforeseen events.
  3. Changes to Reservation: If you need to change the date or details of your hunt, you may do so without penalty up to two weeks prior to the scheduled start date, subject to availability. Changes are dependent on the ability to accommodate the new requirements and may incur additional costs.
  4. Last-Minute Cancellations: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than one week before the start of the hunt. We recommend that renters consider travel insurance to cover these costs in the case of unavoidable late cancellations.
  5. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on the start date of the hunt without prior notification will be treated as a no-show, and no refund of any payments will be made.
  6. Outfitter Cancellations: In the unlikely event that an outfitter must cancel a booked hunt due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, safety concerns), TheOutfitterReview will offer a choice between rescheduling the hunt at no additional cost or receiving a full refund, including the deposit.
Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations due to medical issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances that might prevent participation in the scheduled hunt.

This cancellation policy is intended to provide clarity and security for both the renter and the outfitter, ensuring a fair and transparent understanding of the terms of service engagement through The Outfitter Review.
